- by submitting a complaint at the central office of AAS Gjensidige Baltic at Brīvības iela 39, Riga, LV-1010, Latvia.
- 2. Submitting a complaint, please provide us with such information as your name, surname, phone number, e-mail address or the address of your place of residence.
3. A response is provided no later than within 30 (thirty) days in the form chosen by the Client (by e-mail or post).
