- All emergency measures must be taken to eliminate or prevent any further losses;
- Immediately report to the Police or draw up the agreed statement;;
- No repair or dismantling of a vehicle is allowed until the expert appointed by the Insurer has inspected the vehicle;
- Within 3 (three) working days from the moment of occurrence of the Insured Event: :
- a special application form shall be filled in (click HERE to get an application) and submitted to AAS “Gjensidige Baltic” in person;
- or an application form shall be filled at the co-operation partner’s service (except the vehicle has been stolen)*;
- or the Insured event shall be reported on website (except the vehicle has been stolen)*.
*In case of theft or burglary the applications are accepted at all AAS „Gjensidige Baltic” branch offices throughout Latvia; in Riga: Brivibas iela 39
