- Immediate measures must be taken to eliminate any further losses and prevent accidents.
- Immediately report:
- in case of fire – to the State Fire and Rescue Service (112);
- in case of explosion – to the State Fire and Rescue Service (112) or to the respective emergency service (112);
- in case of utilities accident – to the respective emergency service (112) and/or to the manager of the building;
- in case of illegal activities of the third persons – to the Police;
- to the Insurer as soon as it becomes possible.
- Without a written consent of the Insurer, no elimination of damages, moving, removal or restoration of the object or any of its parts is allowed. It is allowed to take only immediate measures to eliminate any further losses and prevent accidents.
- To submit to the Insurer in person* a special application form within 3 (three) working days following the day of accident. (click HERE to get an application form).
- You shall decide with the Insurer’s representative on the time of inspection of the place of accident.
*If due to objective reasons it is impossible to submit a written claim in person, then it shall be done by your representative or an authorised person.
